We built this business around the way cosmetic damage actually happens. A kerbed bumper or a key mark down a door isn’t worth losing your car for three days over, so we don’t ask you to drop it anywhere. We come to you — on the driveway at home, or at work while the car sits parked — and mix the paint on site to your car’s exact factory code, taken from the registration rather than matched by eye. The panel goes back the way the factory finished it, and your week stays where it was.
SMART repair means Small to Medium Area Repair Technology, and the word that matters is area. Instead of flatting and respraying a whole panel, we repair the damage itself and blend the fresh paint into the finish around it. For most cosmetic damage — scratches, scuffs, stone chips, door dings and kerbed bumpers — that’s the right call rather than a bodyshop visit or a full respray: it takes hours instead of days, it costs a fraction of the panel, and it leaves the original factory paint on the rest of the car, which is exactly what a buyer or a lease inspector wants to see.
Being straight about what a mobile repair can and can’t fix is part of the job. Paintwork and small dents are what we’re set up to do properly on a driveway, and we’d rather turn a job down than hand back something we’re not happy to put our name on. We’re a growing network of mobile technicians across the UK, and as that network grows the standard doesn’t move: same factory-code paint, same finish, same honest answer about whether the repair is one for us.
