Yes. The network is for technicians who are already set up — your own reliable vehicle, your own tools and kit, and public liability insurance, or the willingness to arrange it. We bring the work to you; the setup stays yours.
You’re self-employed, so you’re paid per job rather than on a wage, and each job is settled at the payout amount shown when the job is offered to you. We go through exactly how payment works, and our share of the job, when we speak — before you take anything on.
Yes. Jobs are offered, not assigned. If one doesn’t suit your diary, is further than you want to travel, or isn’t the kind of work you take on, say no and it goes to another technician. Nothing counts against you.
No. There are no set hours, no targets and no exclusivity — you carry on running your own business and your own customers alongside network jobs. All we ask is that once you’ve accepted a job, you turn up and finish it properly.
